The Role
As Project Manager at JWC, you will be a key contributor responsible for client project timelines and all aspects of project management. Your role will be instrumental in the success of overseeing projects from conception to completion for all JWC clients. If you’re someone who is a master at timeline management and have a passion for keeping things on track, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Develop project timelines including milestones and managing project budgets
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand all aspects of each project
Responding to new business opportunities
Responsible for success of client projects from conception to completion
Special projects as assigned
Providing leadership and support around sales focused events
Marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives
Create and manage projects in Asana, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of project status and progress
Work closely to Creative and Design teams to assign projects, optimizing workload and assignments
Must be extremely proactive and organized in order to keep projects moving and deliverables obtained
Must be able to work independently, solving problems and moving the programs forward with minimal guidance, and a strong sense of situational awareness
