The Role

As a Social Media Manager at JWC, you will be at the forefront of our clients' online presence. Your role will be instrumental in shaping brand stories, building engaged communities, and driving growth through strategic social media management. If you have a finger on the pulse of social trends and a passion for creating and curating compelling content, we want to hear from you.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' marketing goals, including audience targeting, content planning, and platform selection.

Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that resonate with target audiences.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around client brands on various social media platforms.

Analytics and Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide data-driven insights for strategy refinement.

Content Calendar: Maintain a well-organized content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.

Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

  • Create and compelling visual assets that support assigned deliverables. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
